Liquibox hires new VP of R&D for fitments to continue advancing their dispensing portfolio

Liquibox enhances innovation capabilities as Craig Knaack brings 30+ years of experience to the organization as Vice President of R&D—Fitments.

In this role, Craig will be responsible for driving innovative new product development to the fitment market and offer technical insight to improve and expand the current Liquibox portfolio. His extensive background in the medical, flexible and bag-in-box packaging industries is a huge advantage that will strengthen the global research and development team. Craig’s specialized experience with various manufacturing processes including injection molding, film extrusion, blow molding and mold making will bring valuable expertise to support Liquibox and their customers.

Craig comes to Liquibox after serving as the Director of Medical Molding Operations for Flex Medical and prior to that he spent three years with Amcor Rigid Plastics as the Senior Program Manager. Before that, he spent 18 years with Scholle IPN as both the Director of Global Process Engineering as well as the Director of Global Fitment Development.

In addition, Craig served with distinction in the United States Marine Corps, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a New Product Development Professional.
